Shiatsu College

Dates & Times: Saturday 21st 10.00 - 17.30 + Sunday 22nd September 10.00 - 17.00 BST 

Lunch 13.00 - 14.30 both days - please bring your own picnic lunch or you can pop out to any of the lovely local eateries. On Sundays, we usually have a shared picnic lunch - in the garden if the weather is good! 

Venue: The Norwich Wellbeing Centre, 15 Chapelfield East,  Norwich NR2 1SF      Link to map and information on parking

Activities: Year 1 students will be introduced to the special qualities of Shiatsu in this highly practical weekend, starting with warm-up exercises. You will be working on the floor on comfortable mats, watching demonstrations of practical techniques then pairing up to practise giving and receiving them. Years 2 and 3 will be continuing their Diploma studies 

What to bring: a notebook/ pen & paper. Please wear loose comfy clothes (including socks)

Teachers: the Shiatsu College Norwich collective team of Cat Westwood, Basti Deans, Shakura Meddings, Cliff Andrews & Dinah John, will be leading the classes

Resources: we'll be providing course notes and will also be live-streaming the teaching and practical demonstrations so that videos and other resources will be available to you afterwards via our online training platform 

Enrolling: If you do decide to join us for the One Year Acupressure course or the Three-year level 4 Diploma - you can enrol via our online platform. Fees are paid by setting up 12 recurring monthly payments. There is no need to set up a direct debit or to pay for individual weekends - payments will be taken automatically. We will give you a coupon code worth £120 from the first monthly payment - to refund your Introductory Weekend fee.
