Welcome to the Shiatsu College Brighton.

A weekend of Shiatsu; to experience the fundamentals of this fully clothed Energetic hands-on bodywork, originating from Japan. This one-weekend course will consist of gentle health qigong exercises, simple Shiatsu techniques, and a little theory to give you an insight into Shiatsu and its’ health benefits.

Two days of connective-ness, relaxation, stimulation and fun. A takeaway of learnt experience to share with family and friends, or maybe to bring you back for focussed study all the way to Professional Practitioner Diploma Level 4.

For those who continue the year’s course with us; this will be your first classroom weekend of eleven over the next academic year. You can register now. Try not to miss it. For details of the Brighton branch and our courses, please visit our main website page.
