We are offering a two-hour workshop: sharing the Principles of Shiatsu Technique & Approach, experiencing & learning to give simple safe Shiatsu to friends and family. Working with presence, posture and breath and aiming to develop body and emotional awareness for connectedness in practicing & receiving Shiatsu. Also touching on an introduction to the Classical Meridian System and use of some major pressure points. The workshop starts with warm-up exercises: ‘Do-in’ Japanese exercises & Qi-Gong.
All Shiatsu is given & received fully clothed – please wear loose, comfortable, well covering clothes for movement & clean socks. All levels of experience are welcome from beginners to well practiced. Join us for a peaceful, mind calming, tension releasing workshop.
